During the Covid lockdown we delivered care packs to each employee's doorsteps every month until re-opening. Our employees have access to professional development and training courses, including mandatory training such as pediatric first aid, a qualification held by all staff members in our nurseries.

Center Directors
Our Center Directors come from varied and different backgrounds, traditions and cultures. They all possess significant expertise in the field along with a number of years of experience internationally, in addition to the United Arab Emirates.
Their qualifications vary but include a Bachelors and/or Masters in Education, Cache Level 5 qualification and a mix of curriculum exposure to a range of curriculums including EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Emmi Pickler.
Hello, I am Julie Mcloughlin the Center Director for Blossom Palm Jumeirah.
I have been working with The Blossom Nursery for 4 years now and I really cherish the values of the Blossom mantra to Believe, Achieve, Become. I find that the diverse, multicultural community here in Dubai is really special and provides children with a breadth of experiences to set them up for their life ahead. I love working with my team to provide a happy, healthy and stimulating place for children to thrive and learn through play. All children deserve the best start in life, therefore I continuously strive for excellence in Early Years Education.
My name is Joumana Kharma and I am the Center Director of Blossom Arabian Ranches Early Learning Center.
When you visit our center you will feel, hear and see the engagement of our staff and children; this is the result of our holistic approach placing a strong emphasis on languages, creative arts and personal social and emotional development of our children. I am a strong believer that parents and the wider community have a collective responsibility for children, therefore I have loved watching our center grow with its staff and families turning it into a family oriented learning environment where children will feel safe and happy, which is our ultimate goal.

At Blossom nurseries we value diversity and aim to provide our families with educators from many different backgrounds and cultures and who speak a variety of languages. We also aim to reflect the nationalities and dynamics of our individual nurseries. All our educators have a rich knowledge of modern education and a wide exposure to various early years approaches and curriculums.
All our staff are fully qualified, with Bachelor or Masters level degrees in Early Childhood education, or a related subject, or a CACHE early years education qualification. Many staff have additional qualifications in other education related areas such as Special Educational Needs, Inclusion, music, dance, and many other subjects that allow us to enhance our children’s early years’ experiences.
All of our educators also have relevant experience in both their home country and the UAE.
Blossom is a home away from home and a place that helps us go above and beyond.

Lama has been the CEO for the Babilou Family in the Middle East since 2018 and a founding member of the group in the region since 2014. Under her leadership, the group has grown organically, and through multiple acquisitions and now owns 23 nurseries across the UAE. Lama is passionate about making Babilou the best Early Years’ provider in the UAE. Lama’s past experience includes multiple brand management roles in L’Oréal and YSL Beaute since 2001.She holds an MBA from the University of Wollongong.

Guillaume has been the CFO for Babilou Middle East since 2017. Guillaume has over 13 years’ experience in Corporate Finance working for large organisations in France, New York, London and Hong Kong before moving to the UAE. He has expertise in both the retail and education sector and is a business oriented finance leader both in managing operations and opening and growing businesses. Guillaume has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Law from the University of Pantheon Assas, France and an MSc in Management majoring in Corporate Finance from the Kedge Business School.

Elodie joined the Babilou Family in 2019 as the Chief Marketing Officer, leading the Marketing, Digital and Sales division for the UAE Market. Together with her Team, the company has entered a new digital era, uplifting the family experience, while offering innovative services through their new brand, Inspire Me. With more than 15 years of experience in Brand Management and Business Development, Elodie has worked in different European and Gulf organizations such as L’Oreal Luxe, the Chalhoub Group in the MEA, and the French Consulate in Germany.

Sari comes from a very rich early years background. She has a Bachelor’s degree in social services and Master’s degree in leadership and management. She is a registered nurse, a vocational teacher, Cache level qualified trainer, and a mother. Sari joined Blossom in 2019 and upgraded our early years education by implementing the latest improved and well-researched approaches to our EYFS curriculum. Sari follows the latest global early years trends that she successfully embeds in Blossom Curriculum.

Robin hails from Pune, India and started his career working with Satyam Computers in India and Uganda, before moving to Dubai in 2007. Robin started working for the Blossom Nursery group in April 2009, and is now one of the longest standing Blossom employees. He manages a professional Facilities team which supports the organization in ensuring a safe and secure environment for the children in our nurseries.

Dina has recently rejoined the Blossom/Babilou family in 2022, after first starting with Blossom in 2015. She has held different strategic roles in the UAE within the education sector over the past eight years, and comes with extensive experience dating back fifteen years in the field of education management in the Middle East. Dina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Commerce in Egypt.
