"Children are like wet cement. Whatever falls on them makes an impression." -Haim Ginott. As leaders and educators we must lead by example as children learn more by what they see than what they are told - here at Blossom we believe in building each other up in a positive way, by ‘Bucket Filling’, if children see adults working well together in a supportive way, that is what they will learn for themselves.

Louise Brookes joined Blossom Burj branch as Deputy Manager in July 2016; before starting with Blossom she worked as a Nursery Manager and Administrator in a Dubai nursery for 2 years; in the UK she worked as a school teacher for 4 years before relocating. Louise has achieved CACHE 5 since moving to Dubai, has a PGCE from Sheffield Hallam University and Bachelor of Arts from Leeds College of Art and Design. She believes in a child-centred approach to learning that allows children to develop at their own pace whilst developing their self-esteem; she values family engagement and getting to know the children and parents well. In her spare time Louise loves cooking, baking (and eating)!
