Inspire Me Training was born out of passion for creating quality courses that are accessible for the Early Years Educators. We believe that engagement is pivotal for an individual to be inspired to invest time in themselves. Everyone’s experience of life determines their ability to see the value in something, therefore we must never stop trying to unblock each individual’s potential. Our early years’ expertise from Babilou Family Group and the Blossom Nursery helps us understand the training needed to understands a childs individual nature and their developmental needs. Courses
Cache level 1 NCFE CACHE Level 1 Award in Caring for Children
The Level 1 Award in Caring for Children fosters an understanding of the knowledge and skills necessary for the care of young children.
Requirements
This course is suitable for parents, teaching assistants and nannies or those looking to enter the childcare profession. Learners should be at least 14 years old.
Classes
Learners will have the choice to participate in the sessions either online or in person.
Assessment Methods
You will be assessed by your tutor or assessor using a range of methods. This could include tasks such as designing charts or leaflets, coursework or methods such as oral questioning.
What can I do after this course?
Upon achievement of this qualification, learners can progress into various job roles such as teaching assistant, or progress to a Level 2 qualification.
Cache Level 2 Certificate Introducing Caring for Children and Young People
The Level 2 Certificate is designed for individuals aspiring to become teaching assistants in Early Years Centres. This certification provides comprehensive knowledge about child development, the significance of play, strategies for supporting children’s learning experiences, and a wide range of other relevant topics.
Requirements
There are no entry requirements. Learners must be at least 16 years old.
Classes
Learners will have the choice to participate in the sessions either online or in person.
Assessment Methods
All units covered during the course will be internally assessed using a range of methods. This will include a portfolio of evidence, written assignments or tasks.
Learners need to have access to a laptop and Internet.
What can I do after this course?
Upon achievement of this qualification, learners can progress into various job roles such as teaching assistant in a nursery or Early Years classroom in a school.
NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator)
The Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce, also known as the Early Years Educator qualification, equips learners with the necessary skills to become Early Years Educators. This qualification enables individuals to work with children from birth to 5 years old and provides them with knowledge extending up to children aged 7 years.
Requirements
Learners must have a relevant Level 2 qualification or have been working in an Early Years setting for a minimum of 2 years.
Classes
Learners will have the choice to participate in the sessions either online or in person.
Assessment Methods
Learners will need to be working or volunteering in a practical placement in an under 5’s setting over the course duration. Specified hours must be completed (350 Hours).
All units covered during the course will be internally assessed using a range of methods. This will include direct observation within the workplace, evidence, written assignments, and a longitudinal study.
Learners need to have access to a laptop and Internet.
What can I do after this course?
Upon achievement of this qualification, learners will be qualified as Early Years Educators and can access roles such as a practitioner in a nursery.
NCFE CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (England) (Children and Young People's Management)CYPM
The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (England) with a focus on Children and Young People's Management equips individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage practice and lead others in the field of children and young people's services.
Requirements
Learners must have a Level 3 Early Years or similar qualification and hold a managerial role within an Early Years setting. Usually learners have at least 3 – 5 years’ experience in early years.
Classes
Learners will have the choice to participate in the sessions either online or in person.
Assessment Methods
All units covered during the course will be internally assessed using a range of methods. This will include direct observation within the workplace, undertaking a research project and written assignments.
Learners must have access to a laptop and Internet.
Learners will need to be working in an under 5’s setting over the course duration.
What can I do after this course?
Upon achievement of this qualification, learners will be qualified as Managers in an Early Years Setting. Learners may also be able to progress onto a degree in a related discipline.
Level 3 Award for Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators in Early Years Settings
This qualification is designed for Level 3 practitioners who wish to transition into the role of Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO).
This program will equip learners with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities and duties of a SENCO. It will also provide them with effective strategies and techniques for supporting children with special educational needs and their families.
Requirements
Learners must have a relevant CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
Classes
Learners will have the choice to participate in the sessions either online or in person.
Assessment Methods
Portfolio of evidence and written assignments.
Meet Our Team
Zaina Shihabi knew that education was her passion early on in life. Prior to working in education, however, she worked in marketing, events, and later, editorial as the Mother, Baby and Child Magazine Editor. After completing a Masters in Education, a PGCE and a PhD, she enjoyed teaching for several years before moving into management.
In addition to her other degrees in education, Zaina also holds a CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (England) (Children and Young People’s Management).

IMT Assessor & TutorRawan Jaber has been in the Field of Education for the past 12 years. Rawan studied Early years Education and started her career as a teacher. After Teaching for several years, Rawan pursued her studies in Education Management and took the roles of Academic Manager, then Nursery Manager and Center Director.
Rawan has completed Cache5 Diploma in Leadership for health and social care and young People's Settings and NCFE course in assessing vocational achievement.

IMT Assessor & TutorApril is a graduate of BS Psychology and worked as an Early Years educator for 11 years. Most of her career life was geared to education which gives her the opportunity to work on different curriculum. She has completed her NCFE Cache Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) and is currently completing her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
April's passion in teaching has brought impact not just in the lives of her students but also in every family. Her goal is to ensure that every child enjoys learning and will develop confidence and resilience all throughout the child's lifespan.

IMT Assessor & TutorLetitia is a registered Occupational Therapist and completed her Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy at the University of Pretoria, in South Africa, in 2011. She has worked in multiple fields of Occupational Therapy including paediatrics, psychiatry, vocational rehabilitation, physical rehabilitation, and community development before moving to Dubai. She completed her Cache Level 3 Diploma and worked as an early years practitioner and SENCO in different nurseries for the past 10 years.
Letitia now works as an Inclusion Specialist supporting inclusion efforts in early years settings. She believes that each child should have the opportunity to learn and develop to the best of their ability. She is eager to share her knowledge and experience with other passionate professionals seeking to step into or broaden their knowledge and skills in the field of Special Educational Needs.

IMT Assessor & TutorMay is an Early Years Professional , qualified trainer & Positive Discipline Parent Coach with 15 years of experience in teaching, managing nurseries , training & coaching educators & nursery managers. She wanted to work in early years education for as long as she can remember, as she believes that educators have a real impact on children's lives, one that lasts a lifetime.
May has completed Cache 3 Diploma for the children & young people's workforce , Cache 5 Diploma in Leadership for health and social care and young People's Settings and NCFE course in assessing vocational achievement. In addition to the “Special Needs Diploma” from the UK & “Montessori Diploma”.

IMT Internal Quality AssuranceSari is an Early Years manager and qualified Vocational Teacher. She has a Masters degree in Social Services, Leadership and Management, and Cache level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social care and Young People's Settings. She is NCFE level 3 trainer and assessor. She has a total of 10 years of experience in working with young children whereof 8 years experience in leadership position in early years.
Sari's experience in social- and health care has added value to her work in Early Years Education, and she has a holistic approach both in education practices and training. Her priority is to provide a quality training programme for Early Childhood teachers as a first step to ensure a holistic and child-centred early years education.
