Spring Camp 2025

At our Camping in Nature Spring Camp, young campers become Little Scientists as they explore the wonders of the natural world through hands-on activities and scientific discovery. From investigating bugs and observing plant growth to experimenting with water, soil, and even simple weather patterns, children will engage in exciting, age-appropriate scientific inquiries. They’ll observe, ask questions, and experiment just like real scientists, while learning about biology, physics, and environmental science. With nature as their laboratory, little explorers will use magnifying glasses, weather tools, and their keen senses to make fascinating discoveries, all while fostering curiosity, creativity, and a deeper love for the environment.

In our Camping in Nature Spring Camp, Sports Adventures bring excitement and physical activity to the great outdoors! Children will participate in fun, nature-inspired sports and games that encourage teamwork, coordination, and fitness. From obstacle courses that challenge their agility to nature scavenger hunts that get them moving and thinking, every day is filled with adventure. Children will also engage in group games like “campfire tag” or “nature relay races,” developing gross motor skills while exploring the outdoors. These activities not only promote healthy movement but also help children build confidence, improve balance, and foster a love for physical activity—all while having a blast in the fresh air.

In our Camping in Nature Spring Camp, children will also have the opportunity to explore Little Mathematics through hands-on activities inspired by the great outdoors. As they gather leaves, rocks, and sticks, they’ll practice counting, sorting, and grouping objects by size, shape, or colour, strengthening early math skills. They’ll explore concepts like measurement and size by comparing lengths of sticks or estimating how much water a plant needs. Whether counting the number of animals spotted, using basic shapes to build a “campsite,” or learning about symmetry in leaves, children will engage in simple math concepts that connect to the natural world around them. Math will come to life through fun, playful activities, helping young learners build a solid foundation for early mathematical thinking.

At our Camping in Nature Spring Camp, children will unleash their creativity as Little Artists inspired by the natural world around them. Through nature-based art projects, children will explore different mediums, such as leaf prints, rock painting, and making collages with flowers and twigs. They’ll use natural materials to create their own masterpieces, fostering imagination and fine motor skills. As they observe the beauty of the outdoors, children will learn about colours, textures, and shapes found in nature, incorporating them into their artwork. Whether crafting a nature journal, painting a tree, or designing their own “camp flags,” little artists will have endless opportunities to express themselves and connect with the environment through creativity.

At our Camping in Nature Spring Camp, children become Little Eco-Warriors, learning how to protect and care for the environment while having fun in the great outdoors. Through hands-on activities, they’ll explore concepts like recycling, conserving water, and respecting wildlife. They’ll learn how to make eco-friendly choices, such as reducing waste by using natural materials for crafts or understanding the importance of trees in maintaining a healthy planet. From observing the role of insects in pollination to planting seeds and caring for plants, campers will discover how small actions can make a big difference. Our goal is to inspire young minds to become mindful stewards of the earth, fostering a deep sense of responsibility for nature and teaching them how to be champions for a sustainable future.
